Meet the Board

President – Jay Stone

Jay Stone found a knife on an airplane and gave it to his congressman 16 months before the September 11 terrorists’ attacks.

Since Stone lobbied for increased airplane safety in April 2000, Stone has been a political crusader. Federal Court Judge Wayne A. Andersen awarded Stone $75,000 because the Chicago Democratic Machine violated Stone’s civil rights when he ran for the Chicago City Council.

Stone filed a successful pro se federal court lawsuit to move the administration of Chicago’s workers compensation from Alderman Edward Burke’s City Council Finance Committee to the executive branch of government. Three months after Stone filed his lawsuit, the FBI raided the office and home of Burke who is now facing 12 RICO counts. Shortly after Stone filed a different lawsuit against the Chairman of the Chicago Board of Elections over no-bid government contracts, the Chairman retired. Though Stone has owned his Wisconsin home since 2006, he did not become active in Wisconsin politics until he saw the Chicago machine using its corrupt political methods in the 2020 Wisconsin presidential election. Stone currently has four lawsuits against the Wisconsin Election Commission. HOT Government supporters affectionately call Stone, “Pro Se Jay.”

Co Vice President – Cindy Evanoff

Cindy is a dedicated resident of Wisconsin with a strong connection to the community that spans nearly four decades.

Her passion for action was ignited when she witnessed the concerning irregularities during the 2020 election, driving her to take an active role in shaping the future of Wisconsin. Cindy’s goal is to educate Wisconsinites about how the Wisconsin Government works and to unite the Patriot groups across Wisconsin under common initiatives.

Co Vice President – Kelly Clark

Kelly became active in the grassroots movement with an organization named H.O.T. (Honest, Open, Transparent) Government in 2021. Her motivation stemmed from two pivotal experiences. The first was witnessing a departure from the fundamental “do no harm” principle that had long been associated with the medical system.

The COVID-19 pandemic laid bare the unprecedented overreach of the government and the excessive control exerted by the pharmaceutical industry over agencies like the CDC, NIH, and FDA—agencies that should prioritize the safety and health of Americans. The second pivotal experience was her growing skepticism toward the results of the 2020 election. As she delved deeper into the electoral process, she uncovered irregularities that left her angry and disillusioned. It became painfully clear to her that the lack of transparency in our political system posed a very real risk to the power and voice of the people.

Officer – Jim Spodick

Jim Spodick, a true muckraker. Jim has made it his mission to uncover the hidden stories and shed light on the injustices that often go unnoticed.

Treasurer – Sandra Morris

The COVID-19 pandemic spurred Sandra into action. She witnessed the unconstitutional seizure of small businesses and the abuse of power by government agencies, but the most egregious offense was the erosion of our personal freedoms. As a US Navy Veteran with a deep-seated aversion to injustices perpetrated by those in authority, Sandra found herself compelled to respond. Seemingly overnight, our government transformed into an oppressive force. She couldn’t help but wonder what unfamiliar nation she had awoken in. The 2020 election only intensified her resolve, as she firmly believes that without fair elections, our freedom hangs in the balance.

Secretary – Michelle Zenisek

Michelle Zenisek’s passion for action was sparked by the alarming irregularities she witnessed during the 2020 election. This pivotal moment drove her to take an active role in shaping the future of Wisconsin, advocating for transparency, accountability, and integrity in governance. By day, Michelle works in digital marketing, leveraging her expertise to shed light on

the corruption of elected officials and provide the public with critical information that often goes overlooked or distorted by mainstream media. With a commitment to empowering citizens through knowledge, she strives to ensure the people of Wisconsin are informed and engaged in creating a brighter, more honest future.
